We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic young professional to join our Brooks Brothers team based in Milan as a Content & Creative Strategy Coordinator

What you’ll do:
Orchestrating communication calendar in line with merchandising strategy, product launches, in-stock availability, and sales velocity for all channels (homepage, email, social media, etc.).
Managing the coordination of photo shoots for editorial assets: product selection, creative concept, production management (samples, locations, models, talents, etc.).
Organic management of social media (in line with store activities, communication, and commercial calendar).
Handling influencers gifting and seeding, including monitoring and reporting.
Serving as the team’s point of contact for all matters related to content creation and brand storytelling.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in the same role.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with other departments, particularly marketing and online store management.
Ability to ideate and develop creative projects with a strong attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of social media and online communication trends.
Ability to manage special projects to develop and consolidate the brand’s image.
Preferably previous experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
