As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.
We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide - a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.
We are looking for an Intern who supports our Customer Service Wholesale & Retail for at least 6 months starting from mid April.
With this internship, you will get a 360? overview of the customer experience starting from the order of clients through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service. The Customer Service will check orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and will track the status until the final delivery. This experience will give you the possibility to understand the needs and requirements of the end consumer and the guidelines and processes regarding the Customer Service for our Retail and Wholesale.
Tasks and responsibilities
* Support the order and clients data entry in the ERP system
* Assist the first level support for issues and general requests about company, brands and products
* Support clients, Sales Representatives and Store Managers in the order management regarding availabilities and order state
* Help the deliveries and the logistic department as well as the administrative area for payment check
* Assist in the analysis of customer pain-points, issues and needs
* Support the marketing department in various projects
Profile
* University student or degree in economics or in a similar field
* Previous experience in a company will be considered as a plus
* Excellent Italian skills and good English Skills, German is a plus
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
* Communication skills
* Reliability, organization and attention to detail
* Customer-oriented
* Passionate about mountain sports is a plus
