Descrizione del lavoro:
* Maintenance of CRM data in line with Privacy regulations;
* Management of data collection and data quality;
* Database management in coordination with boutiques and outlet stores.
* Support to CRM tools users;
* Preparation of training materials and presentations; Monitoring of performances, tools usage and guidelines application;
* Management and results monitoring of CRM programs and campaigns, sharing results and follow up actions.
* Master degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Statistics or Engineering
* Proficiency in Italian and/or English
* Advanced usage of Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent analytical skills
* Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
* Retail experience is considered a plus
