Position
During this 6-months internship you will support the CRM/Customer Intelligence Team in analyzing, collecting and managing all customer data from a 360 perspective to provide meaningful business insights to drive client actions to achieve customer KPI's. You will work to understand the customer behaviors, providing key insights to all company stakeholders (Regions, C-Levels, etc.) and will support all the activities focusing on creating customers loyalty and improving the business performances.
You will work closely with Go to Market, Merchandising, Retail and Regional CRM to develop ad hoc client analysis to support the decision-making process of the other departments. You will also work closely with IT teams and External Agencies to ensure constantly enhance our clients' database and reporting.
You will have the following job tasks:
? Perform ad-hoc analysis to aid business decisions
? Question the database to find relevant insights and/or opportunities to grow the business
? Translate analysis to messages and represent findings into a management presentation - illustrative/visual way
? Manage the daily operation regarding data quality
? Support on Data Visualization, Data Science and Analytics future projects
? Evaluate and adjust Customer KPIs and Standard Reports
? Support on comprehension of clients' trends in all global markets where Loro Piana operates through data analysis.
Profile
* Master Degree in Economics or Data analysis field (ex. Statistics, Mathematics)
* Ability to perform data analysis on relational databases using tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Excel, SQL, SAS, Google BigQuery, Python, etc.
* Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office
* Fluency in English
* Analytical mindset, problem solving attitude, ability to work in team and flexibility
