JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The candidate will join the Indennizzi & Rivalse Team within Distribution & Sales Division and will perform the following activities:
* Manage and provide obligations towards Agents related to Compensations And liability, using specific IT tools (calculation of compensations, potential liability adjustments, definition of the amortization schedule, etc.);
* Provide calculation of the economics of Agents' Compensations And Liabilities related to reorganizations of Agencies;
* Provide economic analysis for agencies reorganizations projects;
* Supporting reporting preparation and DBs management and update;
* Supporting process efficiency activities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law or equivalent; Master's Degree would be a plus
* Previous experience (e.g. 1-2 years) in Insurance sector and/or in Accounting would be an advantage
* Quantitative background and mindset
* Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Power Point)
* Very good communication skills
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
