6 MONTHS | FULL-TIME | FROM JUNE
We are looking for a Client Development Intern to join our Omnichannel team in our Milan HQ.
Main Activities:
* Support the team on activities of analysis, monitoring and reporting
* Support the team in developing Power Point presentations
* Interaction and coordination with regions and IT teams as an interface for information sharing
* Support the team in collection of feedback from regions and consolidation of the final output
* Support on the campaign, 1to1 activations and client journey processes (liaise with other departments, track all materials/tools)
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or similar
* Professional use of Italian & English
* Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Office Suite (in particular Excel & Power Point) and CRM System and Business Intelligence tools such as Microstrategy
