Development & Transformation Advocate Internship
(COMPANY NAME) S.p.A. is looking for a brilliant candidate as Development & Transformation Advocate to join the Pharma Development and Transformation team. He/she will have the opportunity to collaborate on a cross transformation and development plan to build the Best (COMPANY NAME) within all Chapters, Functions and Nucleus across the organization.
The essence of the role is to actively support and champion development and transformation within the PH organization. At the core of the role's focus, these terms explicitly convey the individual's involvement in nurturing growth (development) and leading significant organizational change (transformation). This dual focus ensures that the role is recognized for its contribution to both improving current operations and leading significant change.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Agile project management: support for project activity plan, set up recurring meeting in agile (Sync, Retro, Learning Cycles etc.)
* Support the creation of power point presentations, communication material, excel analysis and dashboards
* Encourage operational activities for training and development across organization
* Supporting in driving growth (development) and leading significant organizational change (transformation)
WHO YOU ARE:
* Master's degree in Economics, Management engineering or related fields
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good Attitude to act and learn fast and passion to digital innovation and problem solving
* Advanced knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Power point), planning tools (Outlook, Teams) and flexibility to learn new digitals tools
* Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
