Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE
New Guards Group is looking for a Production Development Intern to join the team and support in the production process of the Shoes collection for the NGG brands. You will report to the Production Manager and oversee all phases of the production and advancement of the Shoes collection.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Organize and participate in production fittings, check the quality and fit of products together with the product office and external suppliers
* Create production books for suppliers with fitting notes and packaging and labeling guidelines
* Precise and constant monitoring and analysis of assigned orders
* Sample traffic management between HQ, warehouse and suppliers
* Enter data into the ERP software, archiving and updating production related documents
* Monitor pre-production samples between production in headquarters and the suppliers
* Liaise with the product development team and build and manage relationships with suppliers
WHO YOU ARE
* Bachelor's degree in Fashion Product Development or Economics or Management Engineering (currently enrolled)
* Proven curiosity and passion for the luxury fashion industry
* Proactive and flexible team player
* Good propensity for problem solving and accuracy
* Fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken this will be tested in the selection process
