Job Description
We are currently seeking a EMEA HR Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
In this role you will work on a variety of human resources-related subjects with a strong focus on talent acquisition, performance and talent management, organizational design, employee relations and HR operations.
How you will contribute?
* Identify the recruiting needs and manage the recruitment processes for middle management and junior profiles to support the regional functions based in Milan with the responsibility for all HR activities and the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
* Support the Managers to perform the Talent and Performance reviews to retain & develop talents and elaborate succession plans.
* Preparation of annual Salary Review.
* Preparation of Budget and Forecast with relative Organizational Charts and in partnership with the HR cost controlling team.
* Monitor the monthly evolution of both headcount and budget and liaise with HR cost controlling Department on extra costs.
* Frequently exchange with Kering and Bottega Veneta HR teams for ad hoc projects (employee opinion survey, onboarding path, giving back project, global learning day…).
* Liaise with external labour lawyer to manage disciplinary processes and legal matters.
* Manage day-to-day administrative Human Resources activities in partnership with HR Assistant and Payroll teams.
* Manage and constantly update the HR systems and database
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build positive morale and increase retention.
* Support the EMEA HR Director in coordinating Retail People Projects at regional level.
Who you are?
* 3-4 Years of Human Resources experience.
* BA/MA in Humanities, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in English and Italian is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow through skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, knowledge of Workday is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
* Ability to take initiative and work independently at times.
* Ability to organize and keep track of important documents. Good in project management.
* Time sensitive, accurate and highly dependable.
* Interest and motivation to work in a creative environment.
