Job Description
How you will contribute?
* Oversee E-Commerce and Showroom shootings.
* Manage the post-production process of on model and packshot images.
* Develop style guides for on model and packshots.
* Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, styling and freelance Art Directors.
* Involved in developing the E-Commerce image of Bottega Veneta.
* Carry out industry research and analysis, and ecommerce market observation.
* Research, conceptualize and execute assigned brand initiatives.
Who you are?
* 4-5 years of experience in luxury E-Commerce and/or inhouse photo studio role.
* Proven depth of experience in commissioning and directing photography, design and moving image in an E-Commerce luxury space.
* Extensive relevant experience in luxury fashion.
* Experience within a multi-brand and/or E-Commerce environment.
* Extensive experience working for a global brand, understanding of different market needs.
* Existing relationships with relevant photographers/directors/stylists etc.
* Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills.
* Highly proficient in design, typography, retouching, video and motion a plus, using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Detail orientated and well organized.
* Positive and collaborative attitude, with own team, wider organisation and external collaborators.
