Description

About this role:

This role will provide complex operational support to the HRIS team, in addition to supporting complex operational projects. The Associate HRIS Product Lead will also deliver system enhancements when appropriate.

What you will do: 

  • Individually answer and respond to escalated inquiries such as:
    • Workday break/fix items
    • Report and data requests
  • Conduct reporting and downstream impact assessments for configuration changes
  • Security assignments
  • Support manager and associate adoption of Workday with:
    • Business process configuration and HR approval role where needed
    • Processing supervisory organization changes
    • Mass data changes (preparing and loading)
    • Workday setup requests – organizations, job architecture and compensation structure maintenance etc.
    • Annual process support via system configuration – Open Enrollment, Talent & Performance Management, Annual Merit Report, scorecard, and dashboard creation and maintenance
    • System audits – rescinds, cost center audits, data changes, orphaned process monitoring, position cleanup
  • Escalate unresolved HR customer inquiries to COE or Business HR as needed

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 69,600 USD - 96,750 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
