You will join a fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen you hard and soft skills and learn the logics of high end products and markets.
By joining the sales department and focusing on the wholesale channel, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our brand. Directly reporting to the Sales Director, you will focus on international clients, supporting the team in all the daily activities.

Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director in effectively monitoring potential opportunities to explore and issues to be managed
- Assist the commercial management department in ensuring the proper implementation of distribution policies for the designated geographical areas
- Interface with other company departments (Showroom, Customer Service, Training, Visual, etc.) to ensure the achievement of established budget goals
- Support in the analysis of KPIs to monitor sales performances and prepare periodic reports on the relevant geographical areas
- Provide feedback to Sales Management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and competitors’ strategies
Must have skills
- Master degree in Economics or related field
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
