Context and Purpose of the job
The UX Specialist will support for design process based on a continuous improvement approach, iterating over analysis – design – test loops.
By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand and fulfill the requirements of the Brands and will help the team translating them into design solutions that are both effective and enjoyable to use.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas. A thorough understanding of user-centred design methodologies is required.
 
Requirements
  • Studies in user experience, interaction design, information architecture or related field;
  • 2 years of experience on User Experience or related fields;
  • Good knowledge of analysis and research methodologies;
  • Good knowledge of Contentsquare and A/B Test tools will be considered a plus;
  • Well-aware of the design trends and the current state of the industry;
  • Willing to explore new design tools and improve processes constantly;
  • Proactive attitude and will to learn;
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills;
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce would be advantageous
