Context and Purpose of the job
The person will support the Manager in the organization of initiatives focalized on the creation and maintenance of strong relationships with VIC clients. This involves anticipating future needs, proactively offering solutions with the aim to strength the bond between the company and its clients, creating strong collaborations with partners.
Responsibilities
  • Support in the execution of initiatives that aim at business development, engaging new customers and increasing loyalty among existing ones
  • Support in the organization of events and experiences, assist VICs during the events
  • Prepare reports to monitor and analyze KPIs
  • Support the Manager in developing and maintaining partnerships
  • Follow up on Client Engagement activities and consolidate best practices
  • Support, and be in contact, with Store Staff at local level
 
 
 
Requirements
           Must Have Skills
  • Previous experience of 1 years in the same role, in Fashion companies
  • University degree
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT
  • Approaches work objectives with a sense of urgency and passion, able to think through problem solutions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills with an ability to clearly translate results into actionable insights
  • Fluent in English
