Responsibilities
• Define requirements, design, and manage applications and algorithms of Artificial Intelligence.• Lead, coordinate and supervise the development activities of other teams, ensuring timely deliverables and coding quality.• Stakeholder management and presentation of deliverables to senior business audience.• Explore new approaches, technologies, and methodologies in the field of AI to consistently improve model performance and business process efficiency.• Maintain constant awareness of the major trends in AI to address complex issues, providing innovative solutions that meet the client's needs.
Requirements
• MSc. in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or other STEM degrees with high grades.• 3-5 years of professional experience in the development of Machine Learning models and Artificial Intelligence algorithms gained through postgraduate academic paths or at prominent IT consulting companies.• In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++.• Proven experience in end-to-end AI projects, with focus on large language models.• Proven experience in using machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).• Experiences or certifications in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and in Project Management (PMP, SCRUM);• Experience in developing projects related to Natural Language Processing (NLP), chatbots, and voicebots;• Understanding of the Generative AI paradigm and frameworks using this technology.• Previous experience in the Insurance industry is a plus.• Business-oriented attitude: ability to translate business concepts into technical specs.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.• Self-learning attitude, as well as the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
