We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Milan office!
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the HR Manager in:
* Managing the Recruitment process of ADL by sourcing candidates, job postings, screening CVs, conducting phone and video/in person interviews, nurturing and maintaining our candidate database
* Onboarding new hires
* Keeping contacts with Universities and Master Schools
* A few admin tasks (training enrolments, alumni lists, contracting for interns, …)
* Organizing and attending Recruiting Days in our Milan and Rome office
* Participating in Career Fairs

Qualifications
You are the ideal candidate if:
* You have 1 or 2 years' experience in Human Resources, ideally in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
* You are fluent in Italian and English (at least B2).
* You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, sociology, or other related degrees.
* You have a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
* You have a good knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* You are a proactive organized person.
* You can manage interpersonal relationships in an excellent way.
* You have a team building attitude.
