We are looking for a Vendor Data Analyst to join our Vendor Master Data Team.  The objective of this role is to set up, maintain, correct and accurately record SAP Vendor Master Data. With additional responsibility for the Manila environment and process rules.

Your responsibilities as a Vendor Data Analyst:

As a Vendor Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing support for the monitoring, maintaining, and updating of the Top 150 Press vendor accounts based on annual turnover.  Ensuring changes made are verified before implementing, to reduce possible fraudulent activities.

This requires a practical understanding of data governance, plus legal requirements, and compliance, according to agreed standards and policies. The ability to work flexibly and multi-task, to alternate between resolving complex queries and assigning requests quickly and accurately. Working closely with teams across the business to give advice, support, and training regarding the onboarding of new vendors. 

 

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

You will be ideal for this part if you are a degree holder in a relevant field of study or have (1-2 years) of demonstrated experience in a related role. To be successful in this job you are expected to present excellent customer orientation skills as well as very good time management and ability to work under pressure. In this role you will interact with internal and external clients on a daily basis in order to resolve issues identified during the process, you will need strong communications skills in both, writing and speaking. 

Additionally, having the below knowledge, experience, or expertise of the below would be advantageous:

  • Minimum 1 year demonstrated work experience.
  • Fluency in English mandatory.
  • Previous work experience in Vendor Master Data and SAP system is considered a plus.
  • Previous work experience as a call center agent is considered a plus.
