We are seeking a talented and driven UX Specialist to join our User Experience team.
As a UX Specialist, you will support the design and development of interactive experiences, ensuring usability best practices are incorporated. You will work closely with senior team members to resolve user challenges through proven methodologies, translating user needs, business objectives, and technological capabilities into excellent user experiences. We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to grow, collaborate with innovative teammates, and contribute to the creation of exceptional products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in designing and developing user-centric experiences, following best practices and guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design-driven business solutions, embracing challenges and innovative thinking.
* Conduct user research and analyze customer needs, goals, and pain points to inform design decisions.
* Support the creation of wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, and navigable prototypes based on UX specifications.
* Participate in workshops and strategic collaboration activities with users and customers.
* Promote collaborative work practices and contribute to improving quality and efficiency through teamwork.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in UX design.
* Contribute to data-driven insights to validate design solutions and improve user experiences.
* Support the final UX quality of projects under the guidance of senior team members.
* Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
* 1-3 years of UX experience with a portfolio of UX-focused work samples.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
* Familiarity with service design and design thinking principles and practices.
* Experience working with lean methodology is a plus.
* A growth mindset for both personal and professional development.
* Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Art Directors, and Developers
* Basic understanding of data-driven decision-making processes.
* Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English.
