South East Aviation Services Srl (SEAS) is looking for a Training Coordinator to be based in BGY. The successful candidate is energetic, committed and willing to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment. In a nutshell he/she will ensure the effective functioning of the training department.
Requirements:
- Organizational skills and a positive attitude
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent grasp of English (written and spoken)
- Close familiarity with MS Office
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating training programs, speaking with department heads to determine training needs, reviewing data from previous training programs.
- Informing employees on scheduled training and track their progress
- Ensuring that the devices needed for the Training sessions are efficient and available and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities.
- Managing employee training files and provide training records to anyone requesting proof of training.
- Managing employee enrollment for training, schedule training session
- Reviewing and organizing training plans/developing training programs tailor made for our corporate.
