Role and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to discuss products or services.
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers and assist with product information or inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge market trends and competitor activities.
- Adhere to communication scripts and guidelines when handling different scenarios.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize results.
Candidate Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus. Proven work experience in a similar customer service or sales role. Strong verbal and written communication skills problemsolving abilities and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
