TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT
As part of the regional Italian team, you will be a valuable member of a collaborative and highly motivated customer and dealer support operation within the region.
Working mode: FULL REMOTE
Objectives of Role
As a Technical Sales Support you will provide pre and post sales technical support to the Italian Country Manager, dealers and end-users within the region. A focus on providing a technical support to improve technical competence and build relationships with existing and prospect dealers will be a key objective.
A good understanding of IT & software is important to be effective in the role.
You will be pro-active within the position, providing training and support resources to ensure dealers have the knowledge and tools required to be efficient in selling new & supporting existing solutions.
Working as part of the Italian sales team you will be required to support colleagues and customers and perform any other duties commensurate with a commercial support position.
Duties, responsibilities & objectives of the role:
· Provide technical support to the Country Manager to build & grow commercial revenues
· Support sales campaigns and Demonstrate cross-selling awareness of equipment, software & services
· Create & maintain customer & dealer relationships based on solid technical support.
· Deliver technical and Sales Support; Identify, capture & react to competitive intelligence
· Apply a positive, collaborative approach to new business initiatives and product developments
· Always act with integrity & professionalism
· Be available to work in-field on customer or dealer premises
· Attend company exhibitions & meetings
· English language is mandatory
