This is your opportunity to be part of the Neuromodulation team, mainly for the Brain Modulation team, as a Technical Consultant, witnessing firsthand the impact our technology has on patients. In this role, you will establish a high level of interaction with clients due to the extensive technical knowledge they provide, offer technical support to hospitals, and collaborate with the internal team to provide solutions that meet the needs and improve the overall customer experience.
This role will be covering the full country mainly for Brain Modulation providing but will also be trained on Pain Therapies support within the Neuromodulation team.
A Day in the Life
• Provide support both inside and outside the operating room nationwide.
• Support Deep Brain Stimulation as well as Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy Procedures for Brain Modulation and occasionally Pain Therapies.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Assist in device inventory management, maintain updated records of repairs and maintenance, collaborate in documenting technical procedures, and support administrative tasks such as report preparation, tracking actions following company guidelines, and request follow-up.
• Participate in training programs to acquire in-depth knowledge of procedures, therapy, and devices, stay informed about the latest updates and technological advances, and provide guidance and assistance to users regarding product use and benefits.
• Keep updated the commercial team on technological advances, use cases and share best practices across the country.
Must Haves
• Biomedical Engineering or engineering background.
• Scientific and technical curiosity related to our therapy and equipment.
• Proactivity and organization.
• Ability for both internal and external communication.
• Teamwork.
• Position based in Milano with availability to travel throughout the national territory.
• Immediate availability.
Nice to Haves
• Basic programming knowledge
• Experience in Operating Room environment
• Matlab
