(COMPANY NAME) is hiring a Technical Consultant for an open position within the CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) line of business with responsibility on the whole Lombardy territory. In the role, you will have a crucial impact on our patients by providing key technical expertise to cardiologists, sales representatives, sales and marketing functions mainly supporting implant and follow up procedures and throughout presentations, demonstrations, education sessions on how to implant, use and follow up company products like pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
As a liaison between sales personnel and customers, you will be responsible for customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations, both on-site, and at the clients’ site in the whole Lombardy. You will be part of a team, with a home-based role, under a permanent contract.
A Day in the Life
• Providing implant and follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel like cardiologists and nurses with technical information on specific devices.
• Providing technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
• Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, trainings and education classes about company products like pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
• Providing sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
• Delivering technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations – manage and maintain devices and products at customer locations in support of sales representatives.
• Conducting on-site education and consulting meetings, supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Managing your own consignment products and devices.
• Acting as a liaison between sales personnel and customers.
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in bioengineering.
• Communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, customers and patients.
• Availability to travel within the Lombardy territory and whenever needed in the whole Italian territory.
• Knowledge of written and spoken English (at least level B2)
• Problem Solving: ability to deal with the problem from multiple points of view, helping the physician to find the best solutions to technical problems.
• Impact on communication with the physician
• Team oriented, resilient, easy-going.
• Based within the Lombardy territory.
