Professional Solutions, an Adecco Group company and specialist in creating solutions and managing Outsourcing services, operates nationwide in two main areas: Field Marketing and Operations. We are looking for highly motivated individuals for the role of: Technical After-Sales Automotive (English Language) - Protected Category The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing. Activities: - Management and analysis of technical support tickets (1st level help desk). - Support in the implementation of practices to improve the operational efficiency of processes. - Review of warranty claims. - Ongoing interface with dealers in the field and remotely. - Creation and review of monthly reports. - Creation and management of team performance and process reports. Requirements: - Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry. -Mandatory knowledge of English language (at least B2). - Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components). - Knowledge of technical documentation. - Good knowledge of the English language. Contract: -Retribution and placement will be evaluated according to the actual skills of the resource, offering a contract commensurate with experience. -Working tools.
