We are looking for a talented team player who is comfortable in a dynamic and fast growing business environment. If you have a hands-on mentality and want to make a real impact in our Group Tax Department, apply now as Tax Manager!
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
* You will become the sparring partner of our business, and you will receive and answer ad-hoc requests from local stakeholders regarding various tax matters. You will enable the stakeholders regarding compliant implementation (CIT/ VAT/ WHT/ TP matters)
* You will support the team in implementing the DAC7 rules and other upcoming ViDA initiatives within the organization. This involves aligning with different (COMPANY NAME) teams, data analysis, and learning the core functionalities of our business.
* You will support the team on tax compliance matters of the (COMPANY NAME) Group, tracking tax declaration statuses in all legal entities and coordinating the timely filing of declarations in alignment with local stakeholders (focus on CIT/ WHT/ TP). The declaration task itself is entirely outsourced to external tax consulting firms.
* You will assist the team in implementing new products and transactions identifying and controlling tax risks.
* Support (COMPANY NAME) colleagues in working out VAT-compliant approaches in the invoicing processes in different markets, where local tax experts will support you.
* You will be involved in various Transfer Pricing topics, such as preparatory work for the Group Masterfile and local files as well as monitoring of IC agreements.
* During the year-end closing, you will support and monitor the deferred and actual tax calculations for all consolidated legal entities.
* You will be involved in local tax audits, ensuring a smooth process and the protection of group interests and positions.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
* You have a minimum of two years of experience working in international tax (either in a global tax advisory firm, the tax department of an industrial company, or a comparable position).
* You have successfully completed a university degree in economics or tax; alternatively, you have completed a commercial education or apprenticeship with qualified training.
* You have a good general knowledge of European tax regimes, an analytical mindset, and a good understanding/comprehension of international tax principles and mechanisms.
* You develop a high sense of responsibility with an owner-mentality for your work field and know how to manage fast-close processes in an international group.
* You have strong coordination skills, and experience in managing outsourced tax services or multinational engagements is a plus.
* You have good MS Office skills respectively Google equivalents, especially in MS Excel.
* Fluency in English (a second language is a plus), as well as a high level of teamwork and communication skills, complete your profile.
