Job Description

For our team, we are looking for a member who has a drive and is looking for an opportunity to become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.

• Advises corporate HR teams on the personal income tax and pension consequences of employing people in an international context (both inbound and outbound)
• Assists individual taxpayers (residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax and social security situation
• Connects the individual, the company, and the tax authorities and assists employees and companies with practical personal income tax aspects such as tax returns and salary calculations as well as tax litigation
• Liaises with people of various cultures and nationalities inside and outside our newly established organization

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or you are a qualified Labor Law Consultant or this academic year graduate
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Possesses a keen interest in numerical data and interactions with individuals spanning the globe
• Accuracy, a critical mindset, and proficient writing skills
• Well-organized, and able to meet (tight) deadlines
• Drive and dynamism that contribute to team spirit
