Overview

The Talent Acquisition role in the HR department is crucial for identifying attracting and hiring top talent to drive the organizations success. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization has a skilled and motivated workforce to achieve its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for various roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
  • Utilize various recruitment channels including social media job boards and networking events
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies as well as legal and ethical standards
  • Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to manage candidate data and recruitment processes
  • Participate in employer branding and Talent Acquisition marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics and performance
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS software
  • Familiarity with employer branding and Talent Acquisition marketing
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
