Forma di lavoroRINA is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Supply Chain Practice Senior Manager to join its office in Genoa, Milan, Rome (Italy) within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.
Mission
You will drive our Supply Chain Sustainability Consulting Practice. Reporting to the Business Line leader, you will leverage your deep industry expertise and knowledge of ESG principles to develop a compelling value proposition for our clients.
You will lead a team of consultants to guide organizations through the complexities of sustainable Supply Chain transformation, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and unlocking new opportunities for value creation.
Key Accountabilities
- Supply Chain Sustainability Consulting Leadership:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our Supply Chain sustainability consulting practice, aligning with market trends and client needs
-Define a detailed value proposition that clearly articulates the benefits of our consulting services to potential clients
-Lead and mentor a team of Supply Chain sustainability consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
-Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction and measurable results - Client Engagement & Value Creation:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on Supply Chain sustainability matters
-Identify and assess client needs, tailoring consulting solutions to address their specific challenges and objectives
-Guide clients through the implementation of sustainable Supply Chain Practices, including ESG integration, risk management, and performance optimization
-Measure and communicate the impact of consulting interventions, demonstrating the value delivered to clients - Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise:
-Stay abreast of the latest developments in Supply Chain sustainability regulations, standards, and best practices
-Share your expertise through publications, presentations, and participation in industry events, positioning RINA CONSULTING as a thought leader in the field
-Contribute to the development of innovative consulting methodologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness of our services - Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Supply Chain sustainability consulting market
-Lead proposal development and client presentations, showcasing our expertise and value proposition
-Collaborate effectively with the business development team, supporting them in client identification, proposal development, and the preparation of technical content for proposals
-Collaborate with other RINA Consulting Business Units to leverage synergies and cross-sell opportunities
Education
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within Supply Chain sustainability, ideally gained in an industrial or consulting environment
- Deep understanding of ESG principles, regulations, and reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute consulting strategies that deliver tangible results
- Fluent Italian and English
- Strong client relationship management skills and a passion for creating value
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills #LI-AV1
