Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate for an internship opportunity in our Talent Acquisition department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment and personnel management.

A day in the life of...
* Support the Talent Acquisition team in daily recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate selection, and interview scheduling
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Conduct market research to identify the best recruitment sources and industry trends
* Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract qualified candidates
* Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials and organizing training sessions
* Maintain an updated candidate database and generate periodic reports on recruitment metrics
* Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and develop employer branding strategies
What Will Make You Successful
* Undergraduate or graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Results-oriented and ability to work independently
* Basic knowledge of recruitment laws and practices
* Familiarity with online recruitment tools and social media
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent in English and Italian
