Position Snapshot

* Undergraduates or graduates in Marketing, Economics, Statistics
* Full-time internship (6 months)
* Start date: March 2024
Position Summary
Support the entire marketing team and organization with specific Consumer and Market analysis aimed at identifying trends, growth contribution and understanding of the consumers' landscape.
A day in the life of...
* Support Insight Manager in running qualitative and quantitative market research with research agencies ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results
* Support Insight Manager in managing face to face interviews with customers: from target identification to interviews planning and report
* Monitor brand equity performance delivering reports with insights to identify gaps and opportunities
* Analyse customers feedbacks to assess customer experience performance
* Scout new trends to understand the consumer landscape that can impact the business both within the coffee market and outside
* Support Insight Manager in providing actionable consumer insights to the company
* Support Business Market Analyst in developing analysis and insights that highlight opportunities and identifies emerging trends and risks resulting in a deeper understanding of the category.
* Deliver general category management reporting to highlight business performance, as well as perform ad hoc analysis to support category initiatives and needs.
What will make you successful
* Graduated in Marketing, Economics, Statistics
* Ability to connect the dots among different sources of information
* Proactive and curious attitude
* Precision to details and capacity to manage strict deadlines
* Excellent analytics skills
* Ability to create a good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Advanced in English
* Good Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
* Circana Unify and GFK for product sales and stackline database knowledge is a plus
