Descrizione del lavoro:
Within the Global Marketing Plans & Insights team, the figure will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
* B2C & B2B Analysis and Insights generation:
* Identify relevant insights/opportunities and develop data-based recommendations to HQ & Local Mktg. departments
* Prepare reports/effective data visualization solutions and monitor main B2C and B2B Mktg. KPIs
* Marketing Plans definition:
* Coordinate and define guidelines for Local Mktg. Plans/Budget
* Support in the definition of Mktg. Plans, collaborating with Global departments and Local Mktg. teams
* Monitor Mktg. Plans implementation progress and targets reaching
* Marketing Project Management:
* Define business objectives and project scope, plan activities roadmap and main milestones
* Identify and coordinate relevant B2C and B2B stakeholders, organize updates and prepare supporting materials
* Identify relevant KPIs, track project progress and critical areas, make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
* Master's degree in a quantitative field;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships within diverse teams;
* Effective organizational and time management abilities;
* Basic presentation skills;
* Proficient in using MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
* Fluency in English
