Key Responsibilities:
Government and Policy
- Get familiar with the strategy and protocols to be used in addressing labor issues
- Work with legal/study labor regulations to maintain the most updated knowledge relating to Employee Relations
Employee Relations Programs Development and Implementation
- Design and implement employee communication programs that proactively address potential employee concerns or changes to the workplace
- Design and implement Employee Ambassador Program to foster a culture of “Speak up” & “Listen up”
Grievance Management
- Track and manage employee complaints
- Facilitate resolution of the inquiry / concern
Performance Management - PIP
- Develop and update PIP protocol and maintain consistent process across the affiliate
- Actively work with SBP/BP to detect potential PIP, provide in-time consultation to people leader
- Provide guidance and coaching to people manager on PIP process
- Keep track on PIP progress, manage exit process if needed
Partnership in BP Process/Org restructure
- Build with manager and SBP/BP capability of redundancy communication with employee
- Partner with manager and SBP/BP in meeting with the employee during the notification process where/when needed
Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 6-8 years experience
- Preferred at least 2-3 prior experience in ER or related area; Experience in BP or leadership coaching is a plus
