About the role
As a Solution Architect in MarTech, you’ll be the expert in crafting and enhancing Marketing Technology solutions. Your work will span across different platforms like CRM, DAM, Consent Management, Web CMS, CDP, and MDM. You’ll guide projects from inception to completion, serving as a subject matter expert to our team and Pharma industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize marketing tech systems, including CRM, DAM, and CMS.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert in Marketing Technology.
- Collect project requirements and define the scope of work.
- Contribute to proposals and coach junior team members.
- Lead project implementations, collaborating with project managers, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
You come equipped with:
- A Bachelor’s degree or MSc degree in Computer Science or a related area of study or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- At least 5 years experience as a Solutions Architect, including experience in both custom solution development and system integrations
- Knowledge of Consent and Preference Management concepts and experience in implementing these concepts as part of Marketing Automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of common cloud solutions, such as Data Lake, CDN, Search, Load balance, Cache, Functions, etc.
- Understanding and knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture/Event-Driven Architecture and iPaaS solutions, such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica
- Knowledge of common enterprise-grade platforms and tools, i.e., Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, AWS EC2, AWS S3, Active Directory, LDAP, Adobe AEM, SAP CDC
- Experience working with and coordinating third-party vendors during software implementation or service delivery
- Good understanding of cyber security best practices and implications for Solution Architecture, both from technical and process/operational perspective
- Fluency in English to articulate complex details concisely and clearly
It is an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge regarding pharma industry-specific solutions like Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, IQVIA OCE Personal and Digital, OneKey Data
- Understanding of some DevOps tools, such as Git, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, Vagrant, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, Kafka
- Pharma experience either as a consultant or from the IT department in a Pharma company
- Knowledge of Pharma commercial processes is a plus
