Together, we’re working at the pace of change on diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges, driven by knowing that behind every test there is a patient waiting.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.For our Customer Service team, we look for a Tender Specialist, who will also work on Order Management.S/he is responsible for supporting and managing all Sales Operations activities including tender and contracts management, new account activations, supporting sales quoting and ad hoc project support as needed in compliance with local regulation, internal policies, quality procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Buccinasco (MI) Italy or in Barcelona (Spain) in Hybrid mode.At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Prepare and submit tender/contract responses including all related documents and sub-processes such as Bank guarantees on behalf of Cepheid in line with the commercial strategy ensuring they are submitted on timeProcess all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessaryResponsible for creation and follow-up of Service and Rental contractsResponsible for customer pricing – ensuring prices are created in ERP, and dealing with annual renewalsMaintain and coordinates local pool of refurbished instrumentsWork with Sales Team when contracts are due for renewal or expiredDemonstrate high commitment in resolving customers issues and responding to enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionThe essential requirements of the job include:High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of related work experienceRelevant experience in customer service focused on Order and Tender ManagementExperience with SAP and a CRM system such as SFDCGood command of MS Office package, especially ExcelItalian mother tongue and very good EnglishIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Heathcare, diagnostics industryCepheid, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
