IndirizzoMain Purpose of the Job: Support Sales Development Centre to develop effective sales development tools and roadmap to motivate high performing distribution channels and promulgate initiatives to help distributors grow the business
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth product research analysis, market updates and preparing timely, accurate and informative analysis on markets / economics
- Assist the team to deliver high quality sales development tools to motivate distributors performance
- Facilitate communication across various parties to enhance flow of sales pitches, market insight, and prepare Marketing and sales aid material accordingly
- Develop new initiatives to equip distributors with proper selling tools to drive the business and increase productivity so as to align with channel sales focus
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement
- Act as one of center of excellence to support distributors business development
Your Profile
Experience and Qualification:
- Degree holder with BBA, Economics, Finance or other related disciplines with at least 3 years working experience in insurance, financial or banking industry is preferred
- Knowledge on Insurance Life and Health products will be an advantage
- Good English and Chinese writing skills in promotional and sales materials
- Good team player with communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Analytical skills with good MS Excel knowledge
