Position Overview :
As the Senior Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence engaging customers and achieving remarkable sales growth in the dynamic world of loupes and headlights. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer and managing the local marketing members you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with a strong focus on trade marketing all while leveraging your deep customercentric mindset and digital skillset.
Key Responsibilities :
Trade Marketing Excellence :
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement in the B2B2C market.
- Drive sales growth by creating innovative campaigns that captivate our audience and make us an industry leader.
Customer Focus :
- Dive deep into understanding the unique needs and preferences of our target customers.
- Translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our audience and drive loyalty.
Digital Expertise :
- Leverage your digital prowess to create and execute cuttingedge digital marketing strategies.
- Craft compelling social media content marketing and email campaigns ensuring alignment with our global branding guidelines.
Brand Ambassador :
- Champion our prestigious Italian Brand on a global scale.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintain our premium positioning.
- Manage two other brands belonging to Univet driving their success and maintaining their unique identities.
CrossFunctional Collaboration :
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and customer service.
- Align marketing strategies with business goals and foster a culture of teamwork and shared success.
Market Research:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends competitive landscape and evolving customer behavior.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation that keep us ahead of the curve.
Budget Management :
- Efficiently manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Team Management :
- Lead and inspire inhouse and subsidiary teams fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B2C marketing ideally within the dental or medical industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing with a focus on trade marketing and B2B2C.
- A track record of success in driving brand awareness customer engagement and sales growth.
- Exceptional digital marketing skills including social media content and email campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Global mindset and experience working in an international context.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
