Responsibilities
Directly reporting to the Marketing Manager, the International Senior Brand Manager will lead strategic initiatives in more than 30 countries:- Define and implement the global brand strategy to ensure a consistent and recognizable presence internationally
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt strategies to local market specifics
- Monitor and analyze brand positioning in the international market.
- Implement initiatives to enhance and reinforce the brand perception among global consumers
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products align with the brand strategy.
- Coordinate the global launch of new products, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Develop program solution strategy across the brands
- Work closely with Sales Team to gather best practices within the Region and identify commercial partners to co-create and validate developed program solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing, Management)
- At least 7 years of experience in brand and product management for a multi-national company in Regional or Global roles
- Strong FMCG background is a must; a previous experience in the OTC/nutraceutical market is a plus
- Strong interest in the world of fitness, wellness and well-being is required
- Experience with market research projects and external agencies
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to think out of the box
