We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager with extensive business development experience and knowledge of international education to join our Team. The purpose of the role is to grow our coverage and maintain our core business with schools in Egypt. The post-holder will develop Cambridge's business strategy to deliver world-class educational support for schools
About the role:
As a Senior Manager your responsibilities will include maintaining existing relationships with schools and individuals across Egypt, devising plans which meet schools' needs. You will also develop relationships with new customers, government officials and other stakeholders.
You will be required to work closely with the regional team, based in Egypt and UAE, and our UK-based teams to identify and develop opportunities to support the growth of this market, including the running of educational seminars, conferences and other events. The role will also support our teams who are responsible for compliance, inspections, registration of new schools, training, research and other school-related issues.
About you:
A strong sales and educational background that will bring significant proven experience of business development, ideally within the international education sector. You will be a confident communicator with exceptional presentation skills and have a proven ability to deliver objectives to deadlines.
You will apply a customer orientated approach, be solutions focused, with an in-depth understanding of the evolving needs of our customers. You will take satisfaction from building relationships with senior level stakeholders, with a passion for collaborative working and the ability to work and think strategically.
