- Control Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and optimize control algorithms for ELECTRIC TRACTION systems AND BRUSHLESS MOTORs to meet performance and efficiency requirements.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control strategies into overall vehicle systems, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
- Modeling and Simulation: Utilize modeling and simulation tools to validate control algorithms, analyze system behavior, and make data-driven improvements.
- Testing and Validation: Develop testing procedures and conduct validation tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of control systems in real-world scenarios.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the performance and competitiveness of our ELECTRIC TRACTION solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including control system specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
| What do we expect from you?
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in control system development, specifically in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, and other relevant programming languages.
- In-depth knowledge of ELECTRIC TRACTION systems, BRUSHLESS MOTOR control, and power electronics.
- Experience with model-based design and simulation tools for control system development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in both Italian and English is a must
