Partner with the best

You will be responsible for the Control System design for Gas Turbine driven Compressor and Generator applications. You will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. You will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating new cost-effective solutions for design.
 

As a Control System Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining Gas Turbine Control Systems architecture based on projects requirements and the application of International Standards (e.g. ATEX, CSA, NEC/NEMA, IECex)
  • Defining the Gas Turbine Package Control philosophy, based on internal standard and tailored for specific Customer needs
  • Defining and verifying functional safety requirements of Control System architecture based on internal and international standards (IEC61508 and IEC61511)
  • Collaborating the detailed control hardware and software design, by interacting with other engineering specialists, suppliers, Customers.
  • Optimizing and simplifying the internal standard solutions and design tools, promoting, and developing new ideas

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have BSc. or MSc. of Science in Control, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Management or Computer Science Engineering.
  • Be proficient in Control System design and related development tools; knowledge of industry codes and standards.
  • Be familiar with PLC architectures, computer networks, industrial Safety principles
  • Have developed interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and motivate others
  • Be able and willing to travel worldwide up to 10% of the time for customer meetings and/or site/test bed support.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English.

Would represent a plus: 

  • Have a proven working experience in an engineering position for Control design. 
  • Meaningful prior experience in an Energy Transition related business or industry.
