Responsibilities
• Support the identification and analysis of business/regional needs• Support the digitalization of healthcare processes at the company or regional level• Conduct project meetings and specific work sessions with the client team• Plan coordination moments with team members and the client• Create commercial presentations and project deliverables• Project management activities including creating and reviewing project plans, monitoring project progress, and managing contracts with suppliers• Curiosity, passion, and attitude towards digital innovation and technology• Interest in the healthcare sector• Ability to plan and organize work autonomously• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines• Ability to work in a team• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication abilities• Availability for travel within Italy• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point• Analytical approach and accuracy in problem analysis• Bachelor's degree in technical/scientific disciplines, preferably in Management Engineering or Biomedical Engineering• At least 5 years of professional experience in Healthcare and digital innovation• Availability for travel within Italy and flexibility
