Your Mission:

Within the Business Intelligence team and the Commercial & Retail PPD Management, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst responsible for supporting the business in strategic decision-making within the Division, using an analytical and proactive approach. The role involves working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance Directors, reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

· Define and build reporting tools and functional dashboards to monitor divisional performance at various levels, ensuring conciseness, usability, and data quality. 

· Collaborate with Channel Directors, Region Managers, Area Managers, and Key Account Managers in interpreting Area/Client data and constructing follow-up plans.

· Structure analyses of sell-in, sell-out, and stock data to support the development of divisional, brand, and channel strategies, along with monitoring (in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Directors).

· Support the Commercial Management in defining annual budget and trends at Channel/Brand level in close collaboration with Sales Controlling.

· Support Commercial Management in the process of defining annual commercial policies at Channel/Brand level in close collaboration with Sales Controlling and Marketing.

· Assist Commercial Management and Key Account Managers in preparing proposals for major clients, working closely with Sales Controlling.

· Support Commercial Management and Key Account Managers in monitoring the performance of major clients, closely collaborating with Sales Controlling.

· Support Commercial Management in defining objectives for the Sales Force and monitoring them.

· Ensure a constant monitoring system of planned activities, quickly assessing when corrective actions are needed.

· Provide support for the implementation of Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation projects.

· Contribute to sharing best practices developed within individual brands at the divisional level.

Requirements and Skills:

· Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.

· Previous work experience in Sales/Finance.

· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, business acumen. 

· Strong project management skills and strategic vision. 

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Willingness to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP, Boost, PowerBI, and XLCubed systems will be considered preferential.

· Excellent knowledge of the English language.
