Senior Analyst - Workers Compensation - Regulatory Compliance

Exton, PA or Hartford, CT

 

As a Senior Analyst, you will be a member of the compliance team and will play an integral role in AXA XL’s US (Re) Insurance Compliance and Regulatory operations.  This team is part of AXA XL’s Americas Compliance & Regulatory Department, which is a dynamic team that services a wide variety of compliance regulatory needs for our business.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

·         Review and disseminate Workers’ Compensation criticism letters and weekly Workers’ Compensation bureau criticism reports. Analyze penalties from all fining states and dispute fines as needed. Monitor policy reporting performance and bureau data quality reports.

·         The Senior Analyst is the conduit between Workers’ Compensation bureaus (e.g., NCCI) and IT and Middle Office.  You will be involved in reviewing circulars and bulletins to determine new compliance requirements for the Policy Issuance process and WCPOLS reporting. Initialize IT (WINS) programming changes and work with IT and Middle Office throughout entire project life cycle.

·         Own special projects assigned by the Senior Manager of the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs and Americas Compliance and Regulatory Affairs leadership team.

You will report to the Senior Manager of the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

·         Moderate Workers’ Compensation product experience in the field of Regulatory Compliance. Multiline P&C experience and ISO/AAIS bureau knowledge would be useful but not required.

·         Detail-oriented, highly analytical and organized.

Excellent skills in project management, time management, process improvement, written and oral communication. Must be an analytical thinker with extensive customer service focus

The U.S. pay range for this position is $53,000$95,000.   Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
