JobTitle: Sales Account Manager - Process and Measurement Control

JobSummary: As a sales account manager for Honeywell Japan, you will beresponsible for developing and growing the business of Process and measurementcontrol products and solutions in the Japanese market. You will manage andexpand the relationships with existing and potential customers in the EPC andGAS sectors, as well as develop channel partners or system integrators tosupport the sales and delivery of Honeywell’s offerings. You will report to Regionalleader and work closely with the Product Business Leader, Korea Sales team andProposal and estimation team within Honeywell.

JobResponsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads in the EPC and GAS sectors, such as oil and gas, power, chemical, and petrochemical industries, for Honeywell’s process and measurement control products and solutions, such as tank level gauge, field instrument, Elster Gas product and solution, Honeywell regulator and other Gas solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Negotiate contracts and deals with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales plans and forecasts, aligning with the sales goals and targets of the company and the region.
Coordinate with channel partners or system integrators to support the sales and delivery of Honeywell’s products and solutions, providing them with technical and commercial support, training, and incentives work with various Honeywell Internal teams.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, and provide reports and recommendations to the Product Business leader, regional leader and the product managers.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, events, and trade shows, representing Honeywell and its brand.
Achieve a customer order target of $3M, and maintain a healthy pipeline of 3 times the annual target.
Develop a minimum of 2 channel partners annually, and ensure their quality and performance.

JobRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the process and measurement control industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and targets, and of developing and growing key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both in Japanese and English.
Strong customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM SFDC, and other sales tools and technologies.
Knowledgeable and passionate about Honeywell’s products and solutions, and the industry trends and challenges.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Willing and able to travel frequently within Japan and occasionally overseas.
