Responsibilities
• Manage back office operations, including document management, record keeping, data entry, calendar, and mail management.• Maintain office organization and ensure an efficient working environment.• Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience.• Assist with general accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance.
Requirements
• Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Previous experience in administrative roles or office management is preferred.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.• Willingness to occasionally travel for business purposes.• Fluency in English.
