Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Elevate sales team effectiveness by monitoring performance, meeting targets, and analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, particularly sales teams, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills both in Italian and English
* Support the Sales team in managing client inquiries, providing product information, and facilitating order processing
* Maintain accurate records of sales teams' KPIs, budgeting, and demographics, updating databases regularly
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to enhance Sales Support processes and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare sales presentations for management and clients
Who Are We Looking For

* Bachelor's degree
* Good knowledge of English language (B2)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Sales team members and clients.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred
