Position Summary
Job propose
Support Sales Team and Head of Division by providing the most efficient contribution in terms of reporting, analysis and data management
Role and Responsibilities
Activities:
* Conducting workflow in order to show whether process/activity/follow up are on the right track
* Responsible on daily/weekly/monthly reporting/activities and frequent follow-up with Sales Managers, Sales Head and HoD
* Frequently analysis sales trend to share past/current/future situation with stakeholders across departments
* Monitoring sell-out promo and collect feedback from Area Sales Managers
* Monitoring and provide analysis on on-line price positioning of main players
* Managing and daily updating Promo Plan on the basis of Sales Team information
* Managing commercial back office.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably also of SAP or BI tools
* Very good written and spoken English
* Strong analysis and communications skills
* Proactive and flexible in managing multiple tasks.
