PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the Sales Account will be responsible of an assigned territory (Emilia-Romagna, Marche) for the achievement of specific sell-out and sell-in targets and for the improvement of the Brands’ positioning.
The Sales Account will also leverage all relationships and negotiations with retailers, guarantee right support to the implementation of marketing and commercial plans, in order to achieve the right economic impact and ROI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take orders and implement sales plan in line with commercial agreements, respecting payment terms and conditions
• Supervise the implementation of trade marketing plans
• Monthly reporting and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs, including retail sales evolution per door and market analysis
• Ensure product portfolio strategy at POS (full assortment, Innovations), optimal stock management
• Present novelties to retailers and constantly map and monitor competitors
• Be accountable for excellence in execution at POS of Visual Merchandising, ensuring it is implemented as per brand guidelines
• Elevate distribution, through ongoing assessments
PROFILE
• Previous experience in Business related positions (i.e. Trade Marketing, Sales) is a plus
