JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be introduced to our Professional Real Estate team in order to guarantee the Industrial Plan and the full alignment with the Global vision
* Support the businesses and their strategic goals with leadership, vision and management of the stakeholders
* Developing strategies - short, medium and long-term - in full coordination with Corporate and Real Estate objectives
* Creating the best professional team to drive excellence, results and quality, minimizing risks
* Implementation of the processes and best practices in order to enable growth and expansion
* Budget management to ensure the compliance with the Group guidelines
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
* Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making.
* Collaborate with team members to contribute to various commercial projects.
* Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives.
* Engage in effective communication with international stakeholders.
* Utilize analytical skills to assess financial and economic data.
* Provide support in administrative tasks related to commercial operations.
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL : FINANCE (Controlling Real estate; Controlling Business (SUN Optical); Nextore; Store excellence; Marketing, Treasury, Legal, HR, Operations.
EXTERNAL : external partners (Brokers, Leasing manager, Landlors)
