Responsibilities
• Implement the Operations Function strategy in the assigned area• Maximize daily sales in the stores• Regularly control sales budget performance and implementation of company standards/procedures• Monitor general costs and staff performance to optimize operational costs• Ensure store readiness for inventory and compliance with procedures to minimize losses• Supervise store promotion process to optimize the disposal of unsold products• Support Store Manager in team management• Collaborate with HR office in relevant decisions regarding human resources
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience as an Area Manager in retail/GDO sector• Proficient in using Excel and other MS Office tools• Willingness to travel frequently• Valid driver's license• Diploma/degree in legal, economic, or humanities disciplines• Good knowledge of English• Residence in the assigned area is preferred
